• Final issue of the series.

• "The Earth Below" – Councilmen Red and Blue of Colossus spring Sabre from jail and reveal to him their plan to build an invincible army of Swamp Things. Meanwhile, “Alec Holland” is attacked by Thrudvang, a monster in search of Swamp Thing himself.

NOTE: The next issue box for Swamp Thing #25 solicited a team-up between Swamp Thing and Hawkman. As the series was cancelled however, this issue was never published.
